  • Proof of purchase being provided
  • Items being unused and unworn
  • Original packaging and tags being attached
  • Products being in resalable condition

Exchanges are issued at the discretion of management. Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Earrings
  • Hair accessories
  • Piercing jewellery
  • Personalised jewellery
  • Custom-made items

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale, promotional, and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

However, these products remain covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe a product is faulty, please bring the item together with proof of purchase to our store. Items will be assessed to determine whether they fail to meet consumer guarantees.

If you have purchased online and cannot visit our store, please contact us via our contact us page. Please make sure that you attach your online receipt and send to us and a photo of the product stating the reason and making it clear in the photo. Once Approved, we will generate a return label for you to post the item back to us via AUSPOST.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Trinkets by Emily will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the fault and applicable legal requirements.

The following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
