These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Trinkets by Emily. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

- All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Prices include GST unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Trinkets by Emily reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions before completing a transaction
Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours, and images. Due to variations in screens, lighting, and manufacturing processes, minor differences may occur.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Trinkets by Emily until full payment has been received.
Ownership transfers to the customer upon receipt of full payment.

We reserve the right to refuse transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorised use.
Product Care
Jewellery requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance and longevity. Customers should avoid:
- Water exposure
- Perfumes and lotions
- Harsh chemicals
- Excessive heat
- Swimming or showering while wearing jewellery
Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Product Availability
Products are available while stocks last.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
Promotions and Special Offers
Promotional offers:
- Are available for limited periods only
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- May be amended or withdrawn without notice
